A free medical health camp was organised under one of the social projects “Aarogya” by Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan under the guidance of Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji for three days from 25 December 2013 to 27 December 2013. In this medical camp, the team of doctors likes Dr. N.C. Paul (Eye Surgeon), Dr. R.K. Punia (CGHS, General Physician), Dr. Nagar (General Physician), Dr. Kamlesh Kumar (Homeopathist) checked the problems related to health, eyes, heart problem, and skin disorder of all the children and adults. Around 400 people were benefitted from the camp. Homeopathic medicines were also given to the people. In this health camp people got awareness about health and medicine. The health camp aim at promoting health seeking behavior in the long term and thus, unlike a general curative health camp, these camps also majorly work on building awareness regarding common ailments, family planning methods, nutrition and hygiene and sanitation. These camps provide comprehensive health services free of any cost.
