Aligarh’s Students pledged to be more stronger against experimentation of Drug Abuse | Bodh, DJJS

November 16, 2017

Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh: Taking a step in favour of promoting prevention against experimentation of drugs amongst children, DJJS Aligarh hosted a one day Say No Workshop at Wisdom Public School, Aligarh with a batch of more than 225 students and teachers. The workshop imparted a deep and clear understanding into student’s minds on how mere experimentation may take one into addiction and how soft drugs like tobacco, cigarette, pan masala, gutka can be lethal for health and life. To make the understanding firm and complete, facilitators from DJJS used various modules like video presentation, informative quizzes, demonstrations and fun with learn activities. Children were motivated to stand up for the right and be bold enough to Say No to the Bad, despite any form of pressure. An enthusiastic pledge by the children to stay away from drugs marked the successful conclusion of the workshop.
