Youth has the power to change the World, for Good or for Bad depends on what is taught to them. Holding this spirit, the Shimla centre of Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan, under its social initiative Bodh- the Drug Abuse Eradication Program hosted a set of “One Day Intensive Youth Workshop” in three well–known Government Industrial Training Institutes in Bilaspur, Ghunavarin and Barthi districts of Himachal Pradesh.
The workshop encouraged the youths to identify their real self below the accumulated layers of personality on them. Strengthening this most inner layer would help them cope with external pressures, that society lays and enable them to identify the Right path amongst the various alternatives proposed to them.
Through interventions like these, Youths will eventually develop to cut off the roots of the aggravating problem of Drug Abuse which actually feeds on the Youth’s weak immunity against saying No to Bad.
