December 12, 2014

An environment full of joy and learning at Manthan-Sampoorn Vikas Kendra (SVK) at Gopal Nagar, Ludhiana, Punjab, brought smile to hopeless parents who couldn't think of educating their children due to the poor economic condition of their family. Now these children are happy Manthanites and are relentlessly engaged in polishing their skills.

Boosting their momentum, an event offered them an opportunity to showcase their creativity. A Talent Search Competition was held recently at this SVK in which students composed beautiful poems and coined thoughtful slogans, indicating the elimination of evils prevailing in the society.

Sadhvi Rajni Bharti ji, Preacher, Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan, was also present on the occasion. She said, "Milk is churned to produce butter. Similarly, Manthan motivates these students to discover their latent abilities."

Mrs. Mandeep Sahota, the Head of this SVK, said, "Earlier, these children used to be with their parents while they would work at other people's home. Now their day begins with Ved Mantras. They feel good while contemplating on their holistic wellness and imbibing education here."

This is not only about one Manthan-SVK as all the centres are immensley involved in shaping the future of their students.
