Organizing parent-teacher meet (PTM) provides the parent and the teacher an opportunity to work together as a team in order to help the child grow. Both have an important perspective to share. As the parents knows the child's personality, habits, strengths, and weaknesses; the teacher, on the other hand, has been trained professionally in the best methods of teaching and meeting individual student's needs and help the child succeed in learning. Therefore working together enables the progressive growth of the child.
To foster the same, PTMs have been organized at all 18 Manthan SVK centers during the first week of February 2017. Parents turned up in good numbers and were satisfied to harness a trustworthy relationship with the teachers. Several issues relating to academics, personality, behavior, home environment and habits were discussed and shared in the meets.
Altogether, this effort will surely witness good results and positive changes in the child and will help combat the differences, weaknesses and flaws that hinder child’s overall personality.
