Ghaziabad: Santulan zooms in to build a sense of righteousness and character that further leads to comprehensive refurbishment of an individual. By means of its ongoing nationwide women empowerment drive ‘Tu Hai Shakti’, the organization Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan (DJJS) reiterates the significance and glory of a woman and puts across her potentials equivalent to Shakti. In its ceaseless efforts to actualize the said objective, numerous workshops are being conducted across the country. In the same vein, a series of awareness generation and women empowerment workshops are being conducted in the Ghaziabad area of western UP at institutional and organisational level.
The sessions begin with an interaction on what participants understand by the term ‘Women Empowerment’, ice-breaking activities are being carried out to collate varied opinions in regards to women’s self-worth. By means of an enlightening talk, emphasis is laid on the 3-tier methodology of understanding the cause, enhancing the capability and stirring up the confidence to build their mental, intellectual as well as spiritual strengths that eventually empowers a woman to realize her self-worth.
It is further accentuated that the challenges that may be encountered in value creation and building self-confidence at later age and thus emphasized on starting the same by parents at nascent stage at the time of raising children are also being discussed. Thought provoking skits and mesmerizing dance ballet showcasing woman as a Goddess incarnation also form part of the workshop. One on one counselling is also being done post the workshop to address queries of attendees and disseminate knowledge in the direction of soul awakening.
The workshops are receiving immense appreciation from school faculty, along with a proposal to hold more of such workshops at regular intervals. Here are snapshots of some workshops conducted in different institutes in and around Ghaziabad area of western UP and the NCR.
