Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan UK is a charitable organisation helping individuals with their overall well being. This is achieved by initial informal counseling sessions held on a one to one or group basis. In addition to the informal counseling sessions, individuals are introduced to a simple technique of meditation – ‘Brahm Gyan’.
The most widely spread issues affecting individuals’ well being in the UK include high levels of stress, depression, anxiety and insomnia to name but a few.
