Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan's (DJJS) Manthan - Sampoorna Vikas Kendra (SVK) is a powerful social initiative dedicated to transforming the lives of underprivileged children by providing equal educational opportunities to all, with a special focus on women’s economic empowerment. Through its flagship program, PRASHIKSHAN – KAUSHAL VIKAS KENDRA, Manthan SVK operates vocational training centers offering courses such as computer literacy, digital literacy, Stitching & Sewing and technical grooming. These initiatives are designed to equip women and youth in socially marginalized areas and remote communities with the skills needed to improve their economic independence and access to opportunities, fostering inclusive growth and development across Bharat.
On September 8th and 15th, 2024, DJJS Manthan SVK inaugurated two new centers of PRASHIKSHAN – KAUSHAL VIKAS KENDRA, located at DJJS Nehru Place in New Delhi and in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The inaugural ceremony commenced with the traditional lighting of the lamp, attended by esteemed chief guests, including Mrs. Urmila Arya, Joint Secretary of the CBSE Regional Office in Noida; Mr. Sudhir Chandra Porwal, President of the Trade Union in Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh; Mrs. Yogita Singh, MCD Councillor of Kalkaji Ward, Delhi and Mr. Bhanu Pratap Singh, Divisional Sales Manager at Serum Institute of India Limited, Delhi. The event was also graced by the preacher disciples of DJJS—Sadhvi Shripada Bharti Ji, Sadhvi Neema Bharti Ji, and Sadhvi Deepa Bharti Ji.
The event opened with a warm and gracious welcome by DJJS volunteers, followed by a mesmerizing dance performance in honor of Bhagwan Ganesh. The vibrant display filled the atmosphere with spiritual energy and joy, deeply resonating with the audience.
The celebration unfolded with an array of activities with a motivational song making the occasion truly memorable. A video on the PRASHIKSHAN initiative was presented to provide insights about the project, with a call to follow @djjsmanthansvk on social media for more information. At DJJS Nehru Place, PRASHIKSHAN – KAUSHAL VIKAS KENDRA, 15 enthusiastic beneficiaries and in Noida 20 women beneficiaries were presented with ID cards and Stitching essential’s Kit by the dignitaries and DJJS preacher disciples. Testimonials from both teachers and beneficiaries highlighted the transformative impact of PRASHIKSHAN – KAUSHAL VIKAS KENDRA, attributing their positive changes to the power of education. The dignitaries commended the initiatives and efforts of DJJS Manthan, inspiring volunteers and beneficiaries with their motivating words.
The event concluded with Daan Utsav, a donation drive focused on promoting generosity and collective contribution towards education and skill development of the deprived. Sadhvi Deepa Bharti Ji, Program Coordinator of DJJS Manthan SVK, introduced the initiative, highlighting how giving can profoundly transform both the donor and the recipient enlivening the Joy of Giving.
