Nelson Mandela rightly said, “Education is the most powerful weapon we can use to change the world”. It is the pillar of our society, a nation’s strength and a soul’s pride. It plays an extremely vital role in transforming a human being and differentiating one from a mere body of flesh to a soul with purpose. Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan (DJJS) has come up with a great initiative: Manthan, Sampoorna Vikas Kendra, a social project to give the gift of education to the underprivileged yet seraphic souls of our country. Manthan SVK not only imparts knowledge among these tender minds, but also focuses on their overall development by taking care of their nutrition, social, physical as well as mental well being.
In today’s modern yet chaotic world, where everybody is running in a superficial race, organisations like the Engineers’ Club, have taken a step forward to contribute their bit to help these pure hearted children. On the occasion of their 32th foundation day, Engineers’ Club, Rohini and Engineers’ Club, Central Zone distributed stationery items among Manthanites.
The event took place at Chitragupt Park (District park), Rohini, Sector 14 on 24th September 2020. The chief guests of the event were Mr. B.S. Katodia (President), Mr. V.S. Bhatnagar (General Secretary) and Mr. S.K. Mittal (Treasurer) of Engineers’ Club (Central Zone) along with Mr. G.R. Chawla (President) and Mr. Pardeep Malhotra (Secretary) of Engineers’ Club (Rohini zone). On behalf of Manthan SVK, Ms. Rekha Malhotra and Ms. Neelam were present at the event.
It was an overwhelming experience for all and everybody present there was deeply touched by the initiative taken by Manthan SVK. We also offer gratitude to Mrs. Archana Singhal,Engineers’ Club, for her support. Manthan SVK thanks all the organisers for their great contribution.
