It is no surprise that India still suffers from a lack of quality infrastructure, a scarcity of skilled medical personnel, and a lack of access to essential medicines and medical services, particularly among the 60 percent to 70 percent of the population who live in rural areas.

In order to bridge this gap, DJJS Aarogya organises Health Camps to deliver medical care to those who do not have direct access to proper health care facilities.

During the camp, Dr. Rakesh Jagdish Alokar (MBBS) attended to more than 125 patients and addressed their medical concerns free of cost.

He also educated them on how maintaining basic personal hygiene might help them avoid a variety of ailments.

Residents of Hatru Village, who had not seen a doctor in a long time, were grateful for DJJS Aarogya's efforts in providing them with medical care.

A follow up camp will be organised soon in the near future.

Let’s create a healthy and a safe world.
