As is the saying, ‘Everyday focus on your goal’. Remember why you do what you do. We don’t get burned out because of what we do. We get burned out because we forget why we do it. This is so true. Remembering the reason of doing something is as important as actually doing it. Meetings play a crucial role in reminding us of the same. This is why, meetings on a regular basis are considered to be an important part of the process of completing a task. Manthan-SVK also organizes annual meeting for the teachers to come together and discuss the challenges faced in the process of imparting education to the underprivileged children of the society. Such an annual meeting was organized on 9th April 2019 at Pitampura, Delhi, wherein teachers of Delhi-NCR and Ambala (Haryana) centers participated.
