As is the saying, ‘Everyday focus on your goal’. Remember why you do what you do. We don’t get burned out because of what we do. We get burned out because we forget why we do it. This is so true. Remembering the reason of doing something is as important as actually doing it. Meetings play a crucial role in reminding us of the same. This is why, meetings on a regular basis are considered to be an important part of the process of completing a task. Manthan-SVK also organizes annual meeting for the teachers to come together and discuss the challenges faced in the process of imparting education to the underprivileged children of the society. Such an annual meeting was organized on 9th April 2019 at Pitampura, Delhi, wherein teachers of Delhi-NCR and Ambala (Haryana) centers participated.
The event was opened by Sadhvi Aneesha Bharti Ji, who conducted an activity of Rapid fire round. It was followed by session by Miss Neha Gupta on USP (Upgrading Support Plan) and assessment sheet review. Appreciation session was then taken by Sadhvi Deepa Bharti Ji followed by annual planner discussion. After this informative and re-energizing session, mediators shared their experience with centres. Miss Jayanti took a session on Communication after the break. At the end, the most awaited activity was organized i.e. Prize distribution. Prizes are truly a means of boosting up one’s morale. Miss Ekta from Shakurpur branch was awarded the best teacher award whereas best centre award was grabbed by Vikaspuri centre. Miss Monika Chetal was nominated the best coordinator for Gurugram centre. Rithala was awarded the award for the centre that improved in the most adverse condition. This award distribution ceremony concluded the annual meeting of Manthan-SVK. The meeting fulfilled its purpose to bring forward all the improvements made from the past years as well as the new challenges faced by the faculty members of Manthan.
