Antarkranti, a unit of Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan (DJJS), conducted an awareness programme at the Sirsa District Jail Premises. During the programme DJJS preacher Swami Avinash Ji gave an insightful speech to the inmates of the jail on soul searching topics like Aim of Human Life, Effect of Evil Thoughts & Habits, Downfall of Basic Human Values, and Social Reformations.
In his discourse Swami Ji said, only a person who has self-realization should be considered as a good human being in today’s world, because with this he can change the negative inside-outside. A self-realized person is the one who knows why God gave him Human Body (The ultimate purpose of being human), and can contribute in rebuilding his society & nation as well.

Further, Swami Ji said though we all know what is good for us and what’s not, but still we chose the wrong one. We indulge ourselves in so many sinful acts like taking bribe, abusing someone, domestic violence, etc. even after knowing the evil consequences. Amidst of all these, we always forget that among all his creation God loves Human the most, but we without having self-realization tend to support everything that is inappropriate for us.
In fact, our Vedas also talk about inculcating supreme values in life to ensure betterment of humanity.
The jail officials present at the session gave the valedictory remarks wherein they acknowledged the efforts of Antarkranti and, encouraged jail inmates to implement the values & spiritual thoughts delivered.
