In order to establish peace in everyone’s heart and explain purpose of human life, Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan (DJJS) organised Shrimad Bhagwat Katha from 10th to 16th February, 2020 at Anaj Mandi, Ghanaur, Patiala, Punjab. Large number of devotees and many eminent guests marked their presence in the event. The melodious divine renditions created an aura of divinity and captured the attention of the devotees in the surrounding areas as well.
The devoted preacher disciple of revered Gurudev Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji, Sadhvi Bhagyashri Bharti Ji was the orator of the pious Katha. Sadhvi Ji expressed each anecdote of the Katha with such grace and fluency that the devotees were mesmerized. In seven-day long program, Sadhvi Ji explained in detail the divine and spiritual revelations behind the divine acts of Lord Krishna.
Man, since birth, makes an ardent effort to keep himself hale and hearty. The most common endeavour adopted by him is directed towards a life of pelf and plenty. Despite all cosmetic embellishments, fame and riches, he continues to lead a miserable life. All our holy scriptures immensely eulogise the achievement of human birth. Among all living creatures, the human garb is the rare gift granted by God.
The universe is a projection of what lies within us, which is why all beatific experiences that we behold with the physical eyes indicate to us to go within and see the real face of Reality. The kingdom of God dwells in us all. In it lie all the beauties, wonders, divine experiences includingn that exist in the outside world.
The truth about Lord Krishna and His transcendental aura can never enter such confused and delude minds until they are moulded into the divinity of true knowledge. Our great ones and sacred texts exhort vividly and unanimously that spirituality dawns in your life only after direct communion with your spiritual self, which is your true self, the soul or Pure Consciousness which can be established only after the achievement of Divine Knowledge (“Brahm Gyan”) by the grace of a true guru. He will bestow upon us the practical Brahm Gyan, by obtaining the practical experience of which, we can rest in celestial peace. Hereafter, there is a supreme realisation that the self in me is the same as the self in all, culminating in a fully liberated state, the zenith of evolution.
The Katha was successful in creating a divine environment with trained musicians who left the masses spellbound.
