On the sacred occasion of Sharadiya Navratri, Santulan, the gender equality and women empowerment initiative of Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan(DJJS), under the divine guidance of Divya Guru Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji, held plethora of events Pan-India under its nine-days’ navratri special annual campaign Bhar Hunkar Mahish Mardini Si, from 22nd Sep to 1st Oct 2025. The very theme-“Bhar Hunkar Mahish Mardini Si”-highlighted how the nine forms of Goddess Durga are not just divine archetypes, but living inspirations that can be manifested in every woman to transform into a 21st Century Vedic Woman.

Delhi, Agra, Jalandhar, Moga, Pithoragarh, Pathardi, Jaipur, Bengaluru, Amravati are some places where events were held with great zeal and zest. Thousands in numbers, men and women alike attended the events and blissfully engaged with the fun and innovative activities. The programs featured various empowering activities, powerful musical concerts, enlightening talks and lectures, thoughtful panel discussions, soul stirring plays and skits, thematic dance ballets performed by selfless volunteers, inspiring exhibitions etc.
Sanyasin Sadhvis of DJJS, disciples of Divya Guru Ashutosh Maharaj Ji delivered enlightening discourses that emphasised the timeless wisdom of Goddess Durga inspiring women to tap into the latent force(Shakti) within and conquer all barriers in life that arise as their own Mahishasurs. With attendance of a distinguished array of guests ranging from, representatives from government, medicine, academia, media, corporate, added depth and grace to the events.

The post program testimonies of guests and audiences, proved that DJJS Santulan’s Navratri celebrations inspired them to set on their personal journeys of spiritual awakening so they could also become the living embodiments of Shakti, balancing strength with compassion, courage with wisdom, and determination with humility.
DJJS, through its multi-dimensional social reform programs, continues to work across domains such as education, drug abuse eradication, environment conservation, community health, disaster relief, and prisoner reformation, carrying forward its mission of establishing universal brotherhood and peace.
