As its first leg, Bodh’s east Delhi volunteer team visited DDA Park in the peak hours of scorching heat and enacted upon a play to highlight how despite knowing about the harmful effects of smoking, people bear an unalarmed attitude towards it and they not only harm their health, rob their pockets off or ruin their social status but also lives of their vulnerable children, which has eventually resulted into tragic death of about  5 lakh children each year due to unavoidable conditions of passive smoking. Through various demonstrations on how an act of the ignition of tobacco turns itself into the intoxicating fume and by damaging one's breathing pipe reaches the lungs to be pumped and eventually gets accumulated there in the form of tar. As a result, an unimaginable loss is caused to the nation in the form of health, wealth and efficiency loss every year.

Likewise, enthusiastically playing the role of an educator and a counsellor, the Bodh team had as well placed an information desk, wherein they not only informed people about the “harmful Effects of Drug Abuse” but also discussed with them several ways in dealing with the force of peer pressure and “How to say No to Drugs”. More than 500 people living at East Vinod Nagar , West Vinod Nagar and IP residential areas were benefitted from this event and also collectively resolved to live lives free of drugs. Similarly, many of those who extended their heartfelt support for this campaign were also awarded with special badges.
