Convocation Ceremony | 7 Shukl Yajurvediya Rudra-Ashtadhyayi batches

With the divine grace and blessings of His Holiness Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji, Divya Jyoti Ved Mandir (DJVM) organised a virtual Convocation Ceremony for the graduating students of 7 of the Rudri Paath batches on 22nd February 2021. Students received their certificates on successfully completing their lessons.

The Convocation Ceremony began with the welcome words by Swami Arjunanand Ji, Preacher, Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan. He appreciated the teachers and students for their dedicated efforts towards teaching and learning the mantras. Swami ji congratulated the students for overcoming all hurdles which came in the way of learning the Mantras, from technical and language barriers to regional barriers. He emphasised how chanting the veda-mantras with correct pronunciation and rhythm has the potential to bring about positive change in a person's life and how. He also explained how learning ved-mantras under the tutelage of a perfect master (Purn Sadguru) would teach one the actual spiritual interpretations of the vedas.

These motivating words were followed by a number of fun activities conducted for the students on the basis of the rudri-path lessons like tongue twisters, error identification in a given mantra, etc. Several preachers and students of the outgoing batches also shared their experience with the classes and the mantras. They spoke about the positive transformation brought about by the veda-mantras in the midst of the challenging COVID-19 times. Preachers also spoke about students who were hesitant at first, either because of their low educational qualifications or for not knowing Sanskrit and Hindi languages properly. But, with the persistent guidance of the teachers at DJVM, those students not only continued with their classes but have also excelled.

Following these interactions, an audio-visual presentation was made, highlighting the multifarious activities undertaken by DJVM. The concluding remarks were contributed by Sadhvi Deepa Bharti Ji. Sadhvi Ji congratulated all the students of the batches and presented them with virtual certificates. She lauded the volunteer teachers and students for their dedication and zeal, and explained the importance of adopting the teachings of the vedas in our life. She reiterated the words of our Gurudev Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji, and ended the Ceremony on a reverent note.
