Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan (DJJS) – A Socio-Spiritual organization organized a seven day Shri Ram Katha in Jind, Haryana from 12 to 18 December 2017. The orator of the Katha was Sadhvi Sumedha Bharti Ji, preacher disciple of His Holiness Ashutosh Maharaj Ji. She stressed upon the importance of Self-realization for the transformation of a person.
Sadhvi Ji shed light upon the life story of RAM (Right Action Man) stating that the whole life of Lord Ram is an example for us. Lord Ram did not just set exemplary ideals for us as a King but also as a son, husband and brother. She stated that one can control oneself only one exercises control over one’s inner senses. In the current scenario, Inner transformation is only possible through self-realization. As beautifully said by a saint, “A man needs inner reformation, Society needs real Renovation; this is only and only possible through, Divine knowledge Dissemination.”
Various examples and inspirational anecdotes were used from the Katha to stress upon the fact that Brahm Gyan is the only path through which the inner transformation of an individual and hence the society’s transformation can take place. The audience was mesmerized and could relate to the event. The fragrance of the pious Katha was spread throughout the place and the devotees truly felt the divine power flowing and creating a serene ambience.
