In today’ times, turmoil, anarchy, indiscipline, intolerance find prevalence due to emergence of strong feelings of selfishness, jealousy, malice etc. In each of the mantras of Shivasankalpa Sukta, collected from the chapter of Shukla Yajurveda, it has been prayed for the mind to posess Shivasankalpa i.e. to have good resolve, because in the absence of this, the feeling of universal happiness, universal interest could never be manifested in practice. Thus, Rudrastadhyayi holds immense significance to humanity and society.
In this effort, Divya Jyoti Veda Mandir(DJVM) an inititative which started with the blessings and inspiration of our revered Gurudev Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji, is engaged in the revival of Indian Vedic culture by promoting sanskrit language through different means. DJVM researches on the textbooks and manuscripts of ancient India, and strive to impart the lessons and essence of those texts to everyone by conducting various workshops and sessions time and again. Recently, special training sessions have been organized for the teachers, co-teachers and trainees of Shukla Yajurvediya Rudrashtadhyayi, to help them improve with the rules, pronunciation and rhythm of Rudri Path. The session received huge participation, over hundred people are registered for the same.
Also, from 20 Sep-30 Sep’21, two elementary level sessions of sanskrit conversation are being organised, in which more than two hundred and fifty people got enrolled. In these sessions, through various simple and fun activities, the language is being taught in an interesting way so that it could be used in everyday life. The sessions started with some simple rules of grammar and introductions. The purpose behind organising these sessions is also to encourage people to learn and promote sanskrit language.
