Photography is the ultimate source of communication, especially in the times of Covid-19. It is the ticket to our past, it is the ultimate time capsule that captures and presents each emotion vividly, provided the photographer knows ‘how’ and ‘what’ to capture. In this light, Divya Jyoti Ved Mandir organised a 2-day workshop (27 and 28 August 2020) for volunteers and students in order to train them about the art of capturing moments for their upcoming events.

Through intricate and precise presentations, the participants learnt the significance of lighting, background, right camera frames and angles, the importance and techniques regarding the camera’s stability, the ways of capturing clear audio and tips on how to dress up properly for the video. They were also taught tips and hacks about taking professional-level pictures without any professional equipment, just with the household items.

Each and every aspect of the workshop was designed carefully to help them capture Divya Jyoti Ved Mandir’s upcoming programmes beautifully.
