DJJS Manthan-SVK is a holistic education program of Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan (DJJS) for the underprivileged children of rural belts and urban slums. The objective of DJJS Manthan SVK is to strengthen the core educational foundation of children. Thereby nurturing a holistic development both academically and through supplementary co-curricular activities.

DJJS Branches across the country celebrates success of Sanskarshala with संस्कारnival | DJJS Manthan-SVK

DJJS Manthan-SVK organised संस्कारnival- Bachpan ka Parv, Bharat ka Garv which was celebrated by several DJJS Branches namely Vikaspuri, Delhi on 15 April 2023, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh on 26th February, 2023, Chakan, Maharashtra on 11 March 2023, Pithoragarh, Uttarakhand on 23 March 2023, Latur, Maharashtra on 19 March 2023, Aligarh, UP on 30 March 2023 & Faridabad, Haryana on 16 April 2023. The event witnessed the presence of distinguished guests such as Shri Manish, Vibhag Pracharak, RSS, New Delhi Shri Devender Mohan Katyal, Former Nigam Parshad, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi and Shri Girish Saini, President, Sunder Vihar Society in Vikaspuri, New Delhi and Mrs.Sunita Sharad Butte, Principal, Learning Tree English Medium School, Varale, Pune in Chakan, Maharashtra. Several DJJS Preachers Swami Chidanand, Sadhvi Shyama Bharti, Sadhvi Annapurna Bharti, Sadhvi Bhakti Prabha Bharti, Sadhvi Vedvani Bharti, Sadhvi Shweta Bharti and Sadhvi Bhawna Bharti along with several other Preachers graced the event with their pious presence.

Sanskarnival has proved to be one of the most innovative, fun-filled and biggest carnivals in which more than 1000 children participated in these events. Each session in the Sanskarnival aimed at revising the learnings children have received in previous Sanskarshala-s.

The celebration started with a Laughter Yoga session that taught children to be happy in every situation inspired from Praffulit Sanskarshala. Going over the learnings of Paushtik Sanskarshala children learned Non-fire cooking such as making sandwiches, lemonade and laddus (sweets) inspired from Paushtik Sanskarshala. Explaining who should be our idols in life, DJJS Preachers conducted Dress-up to Idol-up session, a unique fancy dress competition in which students dressed as Bhagwan Ram, Bhagwan Krishna, Mata Durga, Mata Saraswati, Mata Laxmi, Bhagat Singh, Sarojini Naidu, Rani Laxmi Bai and much more. All the kids were duly awarded and certified for their participation in various activities.

Taking the program to the end, children were distributed Piggy Banks (Gullaks) in which they were asked to save a small share out of their candy expenses and donate the collection to the needy thus infusing the value of sharing and helping the underprivileged.

The program concluded with a group photo session of children and volunteers who participated in the event with full zeal and enthusiasm, making this carnival a grand success.
