The initiative led by DJJS Manthan SVK under the guidance of Divya Guru Shri Ashutosh Maharaj ji aims to enrich the lives of children through a comprehensive summer camp experience, blending online and offline activities. Held from June 24-28, 2024, the camp brought together over 1000 children aged 5-14 years from various parts of India.
The program focused on learning with fun, incorporating a diverse range of activities designed to both educate and entertain. Online sessions featured activities such as Doodle art, Clay art, Calligraphy, DIY projects, and Mind Magic activities. These activities were carefully selected not only to introduce new concepts but also to boost the children's confidence. For instance, Calligraphy sessions emphasized cursive writing skills and name writing, while Mind Magic aimed to enhance memory and cognitive abilities. DIY projects encouraged creativity by teaching children to create nameplates using recycled materials. Rhymes and clay art played crucial roles in fostering both learning and creative expression among the participants.
Offline activities mirrored the online offerings, ensuring consistency and inclusivity across DJJS branches nationwide. Both children and volunteers alike found the sessions enjoyable and enriching, making it a highly positive experience for everyone involved.
Overall, the summer camp organized by DJJS Manthan SVK exemplified a harmonious blend of learning and fun, providing underprivileged children with valuable educational experiences and fostering their overall development in a supportive and engaging environment.
