Lord Rama is always depicted as an epitome of righteousness. His life and journey was in perfect accordance with and adherence to “Sanatana Dharma” – the Eternal Truth. Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan (DJJS) under the Divine guidance to His Holiness Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji organized the mega event of Shri Ram Katha from 4th January to 10th January 2017, in Bargarh, Odisha. People in large numbers from adjoining areas gathered to witness this ultimate grandeur.
Sadhvi Shyama Bharti Ji, Disciple of Gurudev Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji, Founder and Head of DJJS, beautifully explained the Katha. Sadhvi Ji went on to explain the divine plays of Lord Rama with innumerable examples of his life. Lord Ram’s advent on earth aimed at the re-establishment of the Truth. He was the ultimate embodiment of Righteousness. He established equanimity, peace, serenity and truthfulness during his reign in Ayodhya in the wake of rigorous trials posted by circumstances time and again. Shri Ram personifies the characteristics of Purushottama – Right Action Man: RAM. One should fully embrace Shri Ram’s virtues and must seek to sanctify every moment of one’s life by living up to them. Only then, the life can be successful.
It’s a known fact that Lord Rama’s legacy still rules the hearts of Indian people and inspires people of repute also across the globe. Shri Rama has been a role model for everyone, be it a common man or even a king or ruling class of some state. The captivating discourse was accompanied by melodious and soulful bhajans which left the audiences spellbound.
Sadhvi Ji also explained not to limit ourselves with listening of Katha only but grasp the innate message of establishing Lord Rama within. The only way to establish that is to attain Brahm Gyan (Divine knowledge). It is an eternal technique through which we can practically experience and realise God. She further explained that Ram Katha is not merely a story of Lord Ram; rather it is a guiding light for the entire mankind. Through selfless work, love of God grows in heart. God can be seen through inner awakening. The same inner awakening is provided by today’s perfect master “Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji” in the form of ‘Brahm Gyan’. By realizing oneself, one can have the balance of materialistic and spiritual goals, thereby living a contended and peaceful life.
