The DJJS Representative Sadhvi Om Prabha Bharti Ji beautifully articulated the therapeutic and spiritual benefits of Yoga and Meditation. She elucidated the spiritual science behind yoga. The program was indeed a perfect blend of discussion on Yogic postures, Pranayama, cognitive exercises, spiritual deliberation, and group meditation.

DJJS representative blissfully asserted that Yoga has a meditative and spiritual grounding. Yoga cleanses the inner spiritual self and elevates the soul energy which brings about a state of tranquillity apart from promoting physical stamina. The technique of Mindful Meditation is a stress buster and injects positive energy in an individual. This mindfulness can only be attained through the precise scientific technique of meditation learned through self-realization. Since Yoga is based on the laws of our ancient inner science, its splendour lies in spiritual gratification as it signifies the sanctity of mind and spirit.

Sadhvi Ji concluded that once initiated into the world of Eternal science by a magnanimous mentor, yogic postures and meditation establish an overall immunity to psychological and physical health of an individual, trains the mind and body to be more resilient and improves overall well-being.  ‘Brahm Gyan’ based Meditation empowers one to know thyself and attain a state where one experiences the entire universe as a part of oneself, making everything one; this is the real unification in true sense.
