Continuing the series of Vedic Sangoshthi-s, Divya Jyoti Ved Mandir recently visited Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. DJVM Representatives met numerous Vedic scholars with whom interaction on Vedic knowledge was conducted at length. Among this are the following two chief places where the representatives of DJVM visited-
1. Sri Anjaneyakshetram Devasthanam
The representatives of DJVM were cordially invited to Sri Anjaneyakshetram Devasthanam
and received a grand welcome by the Mandir representatives. The entire team chanted the mantras of Shukla Yajurvediya Rudrashtadhyayi and participated in the special prayer ceremony. Sri E.V. Upendran Potti, President of Madhwa Tulu Brahman Samaja, Trivandrum was awestruck to meet the entire team of DJVM. Sri Potti, gladly gave his support in writing upon hearing the audio-visual of DJJS Rudri Path.
2. Sivagiri Mutt
Founded in 1928 by the then enlightened guru of 19th century Sree Narayan Gurudev, the holy Sivagiri Mutt is home to beautiful scenery and witness of great revolutions led by Sree Narayan Gurudev in his time. The representatives of DJVM met Swami Sathchidananda, President and Swami Saradananda, Treasurer and talked in length with them about the divine mission of Divya Guru Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji and the initiatives undertaken globally for the propagation and proliferation of Vedic heritage. The volunteers and Sanyasis of Sivagiri Mutt appreciated and applauded the efforts done by DJVM towards preservation of Vedic knowledge.
The eminent scholars were pleased to interact with the whole team of DJVM. Sadhvi Deepa Bharti Ji and Swami Pradeepanand Ji gave the message of BrahmGyan to the people. It is important to stress upon the fact that Keralites practice Kanva Shakha of Shukla Yajurveda, Krishna Yajurveda & Samaveda, but the acceptance and appreciation Madhyandini Shakha of Shukla Yajurveda as orated by BrahmGyani Ved Pathi-s of DJVM was a true fusion of Dakshina Bharat and Uttara Bharat. The coordination and precision in chanting vivified the atmosphere into the positive vibrations.
