A 9-Day Shrimad Devi Bhagwat Katha was organised by Shri Lakshmi Narayan Prabandhak Committee in Lakshmi Narayan Temple in Jalandhar.
Swami Sadanand Ji, Swami Sajjananand Ji, Shri Mahendra Ji from BJP, Dr Neelam Sharma, Dr Mahendra Sharma, Dinesh Sharma (President of Lakshmi Prabandhak Committee), Srendra Kumar, Sukesh Kumar Midda and Kamal Sharma became part of this auspicious occasion.
The orator, Sadhvi Bhadra Bharti Ji explained that the BRAHMAN (the Almighty GOD) is one and the DURGA or SHAKTI is his power to create, Sustain and Destroy. The Four Navratris in a Hindu Year is based on worshiping of the creative, sustaining and destroying powers of the BRAHMAN.
