A creative poster making competition was organised with students at an institute in N Block, Vishnu Garden under the banner of ongoing, Bodh Campaign. The vision behind the conduction of such an artistic competition is to alarmingly remind the students about the injurious epidemic effects of smoking and drug abuse.

Approximately 70 students participated in the competition and were able to articulate the literal realities of this sensitive issue through their symbolic and suggestive presentation skills.

A significantly enlightening lecture was also delivered by Mr. Akshay Sharma, The Executive Secretary, titled 'Killings due to Drug Abuse and its Addiction'. In his lecture, he specifically highlighted upon the rising trend of substance abuse amongst the youth community and countless other stereotypical myths and it's hazardous increament in the contemporary time period. His lecture also constituted multifaceted demonstrations and other interactive activities dealing with the modes of resisting the bad or the harmful and identifying the fruitful.

Finally, Sadhvi Ranjita Bharti ji, devotee disciple of His Holiness, Ashutosh Maharaj ji concluded the session by illustrating upon the accomplishments, current activities and the functionings of Bodh, (The Drug Abuse Eradication Program) under DJJS.

Bodh- the drug abuse eradication program of DJJS, works for the elimination of drug abuse and eradication of drug demand through ‘Dhyan Therapy’ , thereby transforming the drug afflicted society into an abuse free society ; where people are mentally, emotionally and spiritually strong to safeguard themselves and the society against drug and substance abuse.
