Motivation and optimism are the pillars of quality work at any organisation. This is directly related to how motivated every individual in the team is. It becomes imperative that all volunteers are regularly interacted with and encouraged.
With this approach, Divya Jyoti Ved Mandir (DJVM) organised “Gyananjan Shalakaya – Enlightening Vedic Bites”, a Virtual Motivational Session Series designed to inspire and energise the volunteers. 5 virtual Motivational Sessions were organised in the month of May 2021. Over 3300 volunteers participated and were benefited by these workshops.
The sessions were presided over by Sadhvi Deepa Bharti Ji, Preacher, Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan. Sadhvi Ji, with her inspiring thoughts, motivated volunteers to always strive for noble thoughts and deeds. She also discussed how a volunteer’s role is pivotal for the social institution and for society as well. The volunteer acts as a beacon of light for the whole community and is accountable for various types of social provisions and activities.
In this unprecedented time of the COVID-19 Pandemic, she expressed her heartfelt gratitude to everyone for their determined efforts and extraordinary enthusiasm for carrying out their responsibility towards the society by disseminating Vedic Knowledge and Sanskrit Language among the masses through virtual sessions. She appreciated the wonderful combination of dedication and selflessness exemplified by each individual.
It was an open session for all. Volunteers from different nooks and corners of the country shared their inspirational thoughts and experiences. Moreover, volunteers also shared the challenges they faced and the solutions they found and applied. The sessions were intellectually refreshing and left every volunteer with a new-found determination to carry out their roles better in every way possible.
