It has been very well said that “Yoga is the dance of every cell with the music of every breath that creates inner serenity and harmony”. Yoga is not just about touching your toes; it is what you learn on your way down. The international yoga day is celebrated every year to raise awareness regarding the many benefits of yoga. The benefits of yoga are not just limited to physical ones, but yoga also has various mental and spiritual benefits. In our modern era, where physical activities are next to null, yoga provides flexibility to our body. It improves our concentration and our mental fitness. The plinth of our life is our childhood. Supporting this thought process, Manthan-SVK organized yoga day celebration in all the centres of Manthan. Manthan-SVK is an initiative by Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan which is working for the benefit of the children of the underprivileged sections of the society. Manthan not only focuses on the education of children but also takes into account their mental and spiritual growth for overall development.
