Maa Bhagwati is the Shakti (power) that energises the entire cosmos. She lends the universe the energy to create, preserve and destroy, making her the mother of the universe. Just the way, a child is assured and depends totally on its mother, humanity looks up to Maa Bhagwati for “Inner awakening”. She is the bridge between the devotees and the Supreme and she showers her unconditional love to all her children and saves them from all the evils.
In order to invoke the awakening amongst the masses, Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan (“DJJS”), a non-government, non-profit and a leading spiritual organization, headed and founded by Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji, organized a grand event of Mata Ki Chowki on 1st December, 2017 at Amritsar, Punjab. The program commenced with a humble prayer at the lotus feet of Maa Bhagwati followed by a series of melodious devotional bhajans, creating a divine environment.
The spiritual discourser of the day, Sadhvi Bhavarchana Bharti Ji revealed about the supreme and divine powers that the Goddess possessed and used, to sanctify and bless her devotees. Maa Bhagwati is worshipped in different forms all over the World and encompasses the essence of salvation and sacrifice. She is the embodiment of purity, knowledge, truth and self-realisation. Maa Bhagwati is the inherent dynamic energy through which the supreme consciousness manifests itself. Sadhvi Ji further encouraged the masses to realize their hidden potentials through Knowledge of the Supreme. She stated that in order to establish World Peace, it is imperative that men and women both possess divine and pure thoughts, and that’s possible only through- Brahm Gyan (Divine Knowledge). Explaining the benefits of Brahm Gyan’s meditation, Sadhvi Ji reiterated that a woman who gains a transcendental state in meditation, comes back as a celestial Yogini or Bhairavi, a female adept at Yoga. She carries the energy of Bhagwati within her.
Thousands of devotees and volunteers were present at the event and were benefitted by the insightful discourse. Another highlight of the event were the mesmerizing devotional bhajans, soaked with the beautiful message of Bhakti and Shakti.
The event concluded leaving the masses enlightened with insightful thoughts and inspiring them to undertake the spiritual journey and to realize the true form of God within.
