Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan, a socio-spiritual non-profit organisation under the divine guidance of its founder and head His Holiness Ashutosh Maharaj Ji, organized Maa Bhagwati Jagran on 14th January 2018 in Rayya, District Amritsar, Punjab to familiarize the masses with the concealed divine interpretations behind Ma Durga’s acts and to invoke the spirit of divinity in masses. The word Jagran, derived from the Sanskrit word ‘ jaagar ‘, meaning awake or a state of alertness, refers to the period of nocturnal wakefulness. When one realizes ‘Shakti’ that resides with in us in form of divine light, all the negativities starts eliminating and one becomes embodiment of truth.
Event commenced with a humble prayer at the lotus feet of Ma Bhagwati followed by a series of melodious devotional bhajans, creating a divine environment. The spiritual discourser of the day, Sadhvi Bhavarchna Bharti Ji, preacher disciple of Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji, explained awakening is possible only when we contemplate our hearts. One will realize that though he has gathered all the luxuries but is still deprived of happiness and bliss that religion offers. Only divine knowledge can eradicate ignorance and take person from darkness to light, making his life heaven. For that, one needs a true spiritual master like Durga who can show a devotee the process of connecting to Shakti. His Holiness Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji bestows devotee with ‘Brahm Gyan’ an eternal science of self-realization which harnesses the Shakti and creates divine personality which not only benefits him but society as a whole.
She informed the importance of spiritual discourses and selfless service in one’s life and how meditation eliminates our bad virtues and brings complete transformation in human’s mindset.
