The play, ‘Ye gaon kab jagega?’ was presented by the beneficiaries of Manthan along with a few volunteers. Revolving around the central theme of illiteracy and its effects on the society, the play was divided into three acts that gave an insight into the drawbacks of illiteracy, importance of girl child education and its connection with health & hygiene in a household and child labour.

The key highlight of the play were the beneficiaries, who once struggled for their means of education and were now engaging themselves in events creating awareness and  highlighting the importance of education in day-to-day life. A total of 11 people participated in the play including these proud Manthan-ites.
