This was followed by an inspirational and motivational talk by Dr. Shivani Bharti Ji, Preacher, DJJS. She recalled the characteristics of some great teachers from the past and explained how a teacher acts as a worker who digs the well of knowledge and, thus, quenches the thirst of the students. She talked about how a teacher is well known by the excellence and achievements of his/her students. The role of a teacher in one's life is not only till the end of one’s school, but it also follows an individual in every aspect of his/her life. Sadhvi ji also mentioned the ancient Indian tradition of Guru-Shishya Paddhati, wherein a Divine Teacher bestows upon the disciple divine knowledge and helps his pupils become the best versions of themselves.

In the end, Manthan SVK teachers shared their past experiences and talked about how they felt during the event.
