Hence, DJJS representative, Sadhvi Manendra Bharti Ji substantiated this deep concept with an array of scientific facts and effective logical techniques. The workshop included enlightening sessions to uplift the emotional and psychological well-being of the participants. Also, practical yogic postures and exercises to manage personal and work related stress were the attractions of the event.

To live a stress-free life, developing resilience against work pressure is a prerequisite. Sadhvi Ji explained that though there is a whole range of relaxation techniques widely spread nowadays.
