Lord has a reason for allowing things to happen. We may never understand his wisdom, but we simply have to trust his will. He has everything already worked out for us. We just have to be patient and let it all play. This is the very essence of devotion in the Lord’s feet. Believe in him and his plans for you. God’s word is not just to be heard and repeated. It is to be breathed, lived and emulated with each action. This was the gist of the monthly spiritual congregation held at Dhilwan, Punjab on 6th October 2019. These monthly congregations held under the guidance of His Holiness Ashutosh Maharaj Ji by Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan helps in rejuvenating the devotional feeling in the masses.

Disciples explained that initiation of ‘Brahm Gyan’ alone is not enough. Need is to imbibe it, practice it arduously so that disciple’s behavior reflects all those traits the guru is aspiring for. A perfect master is perfect himself and wants to remove every blemish of imperfectness from the lives of his disciples. He works tirelessly for the same. Time is now to reciprocate it with full sincerity and total surrender. The audience realized the importance of devotion in one’s Lord and pledged to increment it to higher levels through regular hours of shaping themselves through meditation. All pledged to devote regular time for their spiritual development through meditation and selfless service (sewa).

The amalgamation of devotional hymns and enlightening speeches created an aura of devotion in the environment and encouraged the devotees to move ahead on this path of spirituality. The event ended with prayers in the feet of our Lord and bhandara (community feast) organized for the devotees.
