Children learn as they play. Most importantly, through play way methods children learn how & what to learn. Physical activities give children a chance to practice what they are learning. Today PEC cards (Physical education in curriculum cards) are providing a helping hand in creating the environment of physical activities for the children. These are cards developed by CBSE in collaboration with the British council. Each card has a game described in detail with safety measures and how it can be linked to various subjects also mentioned on it.
