God has been kind enough to give us life and the means to sustain life. But if we assess our own doings, we deviate from His intended plan for us. He sent us to cherish the feelings of cooperation and brotherhood. But, we do not practice these attributes owing to our selfishness and narrow-mindedness. We fight with each other, snatch away peace from others, cross out factors like humanity and responsibility– all in the name of self-aggrandizement.
Making another effort for a peaceful world, DJJS organized a Peace March (Kalash Yatra) on 21st November, 2019 at Mayur Vihar, New Delhi. Hundreds of disciples carried Kalash on their heads. Along-with spreading the message of peace, the Kalash Yatra was also an invitation for people to give some time from their busy life schedule for their development at soul level and to attend the 7 days program of DJJS - Shrimad Bhagwat Katha by Sadhvi Vaishnavi Bharti Ji (Preacher disciple of Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji) from 22nd to 28th November, 2019 at Mayur Vihar, Delhi.
Positive impact comes out to the fore when our perceptual attitude gives a favourable response to a situation. One needs the correct vision to trace positivity in every situation of life. With mutual co-operative efforts, we can create a true ‘Humane’ World devoid of social eclipses. History teaches us that it is not war but peace that we must prepare for. Peace can only be established by those with awakened mind and realise that which is not transitory, but eternal.
Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji (Head and Founder – DJJS) often says that the root cause of every corrupt deed is the corrupt mind. It is only through redirecting our thoughts towards the Divine that we can be fully awakened with the power of discretion to know what is right and wrong, the good and the evil. An intellectual understanding of peace will not change the man who follows the destructive tendencies. Only the practical experience of Eternal Truth will.
