In the month of August 2024, DJJS Manthan SVK connected with more than 1694 students across the various DJJS branches in the country as well worldwide through both its online and offline workshops. The workshops that were conducted are as follows -
Antardrishti Sanskarshala program for visually impaired by Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan (DJJS), Manthan SVK volunteers organized sessions highlighting how visually impaired individuals are empowered to develop skills and become entrepreneurs. The sessions inspired the students to appreciate the resilience of these individuals and understand the importance of inclusivity in society.
Jeevan Kaushal Karyashala workshops, led by Sadhvi Aneesha Bharti Ji, were based on the topic of Protection of Environment. Sadhvi Ji emphasized the importance of sustainable living and shared practical ways to reduce waste and conserve natural resources. The session encouraged students to adopt eco-friendly habits and highlighted the collective responsibility in preserving the planet for future generations. The students are motivated to actively contribute towards a cleaner and greener environment.
Engaging sessions under the Bharat Gaurav Gatha series titled Aao Karein Bharat Ki Sair, focusing on the Royalty of India. The session introduced students to the rich and majestic history of Bharat's royal dynasties, their contributions to art, culture, and governance. Through stories of valor and leadership, the students were inspired to appreciate Bharat's regal heritage. The event sparked a deep sense of pride and curiosity among the young minds about their nation's glorious past.
A Specialized Unit of Productive Work (SUPW) workshop themed on Soap Making. The hands-on session aimed to equip students with practical skills in crafting eco-friendly, handmade soaps. Participants learned about sustainable ingredients and the process of soap production, fostering creativity and entrepreneurship. The workshop inspired the young learners to explore innovative ways of creating environmentally friendly products.
DJJS Manthan SVK recently organized a series of events focusing on health, patriotism, and sportsmanship. The Health Camps provided students with essential medical check-ups and hygiene awareness, promoting well-being.
