SAM marked its presence with a soulful musical rendition by its in-house fusion band, Eternal Bliss. This was followed by an insightful talk by Sadhvi Dr. Nidhi Bharti Ji, a disciple of His Holiness Shri Ashutosh Maharaj ji. Sadhvi ji shared her thoughts on how cultivating a spiritual life is the key to ensuring that human rights of all individuals are safeguarded. It is only when people evolve spiritually that their thoughts and actions also evolve and they begin to truly value their own rights and the rights of others.

The dignitaries from diverse backgrounds who came to grace their presence at the Symposium were Ms. Maja Daruwala, Senior Advisor, Commonwealth Human Rights Initiative (CHRI) and Mr. Henri Tiphagne, Criminal Lawyer and Executive Director, People’s Watch, a National Human Rights organization. The session was moderated by Mr. Pema Wangchuk, Civil Society Member and Consulting Editor, Summit Times who highly appreciated the endeavor undertaken by SAM.
