Sanskrit is the soul of India. This language is the only embodiment of Indian culture. At present, Sanskrit Bharti is working regularly to make Sanskrit language a practical and public language. In this connection, Sanskrit Janapada Sammelan was held in the Baba Banda Singh Bahadur Community Center of Rohini Sector-5, Delhi on February 11, 2018, by Jhandewalan Branch of Sanskrit Bharti, Delhi. Institutions from diverse districts participated in this conference. Divya Jyoti Ved Mandir played an active role primarily as an interactive institution.          

Sanskrit  District Conference

 Divya Jyoti Veda Mandir was established by Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji, the founder of Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan, to preserve the rich tradition of Vedic Sanskrit and Vedic Mantras. Vedic Sanskrit is the core of Sanskrit language, so under the holy guidance of Gurudev, teaching classes of Sanskrit language are carried out regularly in the premises of Divya Jyoti Veda Mandir. The essence of this conference was enhanced by our trained children. The children of Divya Jyoti Veda Mandir mesmerized guests by their diverse performances such as Sanskrit Speech, Sanskrit Song , Dance and skit titled 'Shiv Ka Dhunush Kisne Toda’. The Humor oriented play.           

 The chief guest for the programme, Dr. Parmeshwar Arora (Senior Advisor, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Delhi), Sadhvi Anisha Bharti Ji (Manthan Project Worker, Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan),  Mr. Jai Prakash Gautam (Regional Organization Minister, Sanskrit Bharti) and Mr. Kaushal Tiwari (Minister, Sanskrit Bharti) and other guests as Sadhvi Tarini Bharti ji (Preacher, Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan) Deepika Bharti ji (Preacher, Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan), Mr. Jitendra  (General Secretary, Sanskar Bharti),  Mr. Vinayak Hegde (Co-Minister, Delhi Province), Dr. Vijay Ji (Head of Education, Delhi Prefecture), Mr. Devdutt Dubey (Department Convenor) , Ms. Jyoti Raj ji (Doordarshan), Swami Naresanand ji (Preacher, Divya Jyoti Jagarati Sansthan) and Mr. Gavish Dubey ji (Doordarshan) made the event more special with their presence. They appreciated the unique and engaging presentations by Ved Mandir children.

 They also discussed the significance of Sanskrit language in modern life alongwith its usefulness. They even informed that Sanskrit learning impacts our values which in turn affect our culture. And this culture is the foundation of our nation India's existence . Apart from this, book exhibition stalls were also set up in the premises as it is easy to learn practical Sanskrit through books available on these stalls.            

 At the end of the programme, everyone present in the conference promised that they would engage themselves in the promotion of Sanskrit language as a public and lively language. Moreover, children and activists of Divya Jyoti Ved Mandir also took the oath for the same
