Jodhpur, Rajasthan. Jodhpur witnessed a grand commencement of the 7-day Shiv Katha organized in Chaupasani Garden, Jodhpur, Rajasthan from 17th to 23rd September 2022, by Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan (DJJS), founded and headed by Divya Guru Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji. The first day of katha saw multitude of people coming in to listen to this one-of-its-kind katha oration presenting the socio-cultural-scientific-spiritual secrets hidden in the iconic stories related to Lord Shiva.
The Katha is being presented by renowned Katha orator and Brahmgyan initiated disciple of Divya Guru Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji, Sadhvi Garima Bharti Ji, The katha orator, on the first day through poignant examples of Lord Shiva explained that real bliss in life is only possible through God Realization in the inner realms. She also unveiled the secret behind manifest & unmanifest nature of God and explained the effect of holy vibrations of Sages. The samskaras given in childhood influence man’s whole life – this also was explained.
To talk about the uniqueness of DJJS, it is the only organization which not only speaks about God but with the benign grace of Divya Guru Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji, brings forth the Eternal Science of Self Realization – Brahmgyan through which GOD CAN BE PERCEIVED within.
The proceeds of the Katha are dedicated to DJJS Kamdhenu Program – The Indian Indigenous Cow Breed Improvement & Conservation Program, focusing primarily on re-establishing value of Indian Cow as pivot of any ideal sustainable society. Kamdhenu Gaushala homes Indian Breeds of Cows mainly Sahiwal, Gir, Kankrez and Tharparkar. Yet it is not just a shelter for cows rather it is a culturally motivated RESEARCH CENTRE in its own way; focused on Indian Indigenous Cow Breed Improvement as its primary object.
The program commenced with the traditional practice of Shukla Yajurvediya Rudrashtadhyayi recital by Brahmgyan initiated disciples of Divya Guru Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji, followed by the traditional poojan ceremony by the Katha Yajmans. And first day concluded with Mangal Aarti by the guests, Katha Yajmans and spiritual seekers present in the premises. Prasadam was distributed to the all the devotees.
DJJS is also holding a free of charge 7-day Integrated Health Check-up camp for treatment of bodily ailments in the same premises. Ayurvedic health care services are available in the morning and allopathic health check-up services in the evening.
Visitors also appreciated the exhibition displayed at the venue, highlighting social initiatives of DJJS such as Manthan- the holistic education program, Sanrakshan- The Nature conservation program, Bodh – The drug abuse prevention program. In addition, exclusive Shiv Darshan tableaus and attractive selfie points were other major attractions at the event.
