The people of Ludhiana, Punjab, experienced Divine Bliss at Shri Krishna Katha organized by Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan, from 12th to 16th October 2016. Devotees and followers of His Holiness Ashutosh Maharaj Ji gathered in large numbers to be blessed with the divine ambience and to enjoy the spiritual nectar emanating from the various episodes in the Katha. Apart from the splendidly managed event, the tastefully decorated stage added vitality to the whole atmosphere. The long and colorful peace march organized by the Sansthan, a day prior to the Katha, was much appreciated by the general public and helped them to get introduced to the various socio-spiritual activities aimed to transform the society from all ends.
The Katha was a soul-stirring oration by Sadhvi Jayanti Bharti Ji and she recapitulated many stories related to the life and divine pastimes, which time and again proved that Lord Krishna was the complete incarnation of Lord Vishnu. She elucidated in detail the nature and importance of Bhakti and to prove her point she regaled the audience with many real-life incidents related to the life of Krishna and how He passed through different stages of life and faced the challenging conditions with grit and cheer. She explained to the audience the profound meaning of the incidents and how they unfolded in His life. The stories, which are apparently simple, convey deep philosophical significance, and their importance and application in real-life situations can be appreciated by an individual when being blessed by the benign grace of the Perfect Master. Sadhvi Ji precisely highlighted this point in emphatic terms to say that His Holiness Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji is the Perfect Master of the current Era and how she has been benefited immensely under His divine guidance.
She went to describe the topic of Bhakti in detail and explained to the audience its true meaning. She made a mention about the different types of Bhakti to prove the possibility of salvation through Bhakti (devotion) irrespective of caste, creed or social status. She explained thoroughly the true meaning of Bhakti, how to practice Bhakti, an analysis and descriptions of the different types of Bhakti. The Katha held out the possibility of salvation through devotion (Bhakti) regardless of caste, creed or social status. True Bhakti is possible only when a human being surrenders himself/herself at the sacred feet of the Perfect Master and attains the practical vision through Brahm Gyan. Only then, one can know the goal and target of his/her life.
The event was further enriched with chanting of holy hymns & devotional songs and insightful presentations. The melodious bhajans helped to divert the minds of masses from issues related to the materialistic world. The aim of this magnificent event was to spread the message of Self-Awakening i.e. Brahm Gyan among the people. The gathering felt greatly enriched with the invaluable message and inspiration that were revealed from the transcendental pastimes of Lord Krishna.
