Setting an example of its unyielding commitment, Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan (DJJS) came forward with another spiritual program on Shri Ram Katha to spread the message of world peace and harmony. Organized at Kachhivisa Maidan, Lakadganj, Nagpur from December 24 to 30, 2012, the Katha was preceded by a momentous Kalash Yatra that commenced from Harihar Mandir and arrived at Kachhivisa Maidan.

Entranced in the colors of divinity, the program was attended by about 3000 devotees. The program also witnessed the presence of VIPs like Mr. Banvarilal Purohit, Former MP, Mr. Devendra Fadanvis, M.L.A., Mr. Krishnaji Khopade, M.L.A., Mr. Anil Sole, Mayor, Nagpur Municipal Corporation, Nagpur, Mr. M.K Mujumdar (W.C.L.), General Manager, Western Coal Mines Ltd. and Mr. Sunil Mansinhaka, Coordinator, Rashtriya Govansh (Cow) Aayog.

The Katha was recited by the preacher disciple of His Holiness Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji, Sadhvi Sushri Shreya Bharti Ji who, in her discourses, beautifully depicted the incidences from the life span of Lord Ram and went on highlighting their importance and relevance in the contemporary era. Her narration underscored the significance of a Spiritual Master or Guru in ones life. As specified by our holy scriptures, a Spiritual Master is the one who has the ability to make you see and perceive the supreme power God. You must bow down in his feet because he serves as the only medium to establish a connection between you and God. He bestows on you the divine technique Brahmgyan to know God and reach the level of higher consciousness through regular practice of meditation or Sadhna.

Lord Ram was also a Spiritual Master whose incarnation was in line with the phenomenon that God incarnates on earth from time to time to eliminate evil forces disrupting humanity and to restore peace in the world. Altogether, the teachings from the lifespan of Lord Ram shed light on his great character adorned with the ornaments of love, respect, dignity, sacrifice, and peace.

The captivating recitations left the attendees spell-bound. 210 people also got initiated with the divine technique Brahmgyan. The program was telecasted on Astha T.V. Channel from December 25 to 31, 2012.
