Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan, under the divine guidance of His Holiness Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji makes conscientious endeavours to convey the rich resource of the ancient legacy and knowledge to the masses. And, to inculcate the inevitable divine endowments of the spiritual scriptures, Shrimad Bhagwat Katha was held at Amethi on 21 – 29 May 2015.
The 9 day event started with warm welcome of the Yajmans and the Chief guests. The Katha orator Sadhvi Aastha Bharti Ji, daughter disciple of our revered Gurudev, recited the pious epic. Devotional Bhajans were harmoniously amalgamated within the Katha, which kept the audience fully connected. From the birth of the Lord-Krishna to the great battle of the Mahabharata, Sadhvi Ji disclosed every divine secret in order to direct the audience towards the path of righteousness, integrity and divinity.
Lord Krishna, from the innocent and playful child to an intellect Master, is quintessence for the world. Each and every pastime (Leela) of his life is filled with astounding learning’s; which if followed, can even change a sinful man into a profound and wise saint. From his divine plays, Krishna sends the message of being responsible towards nature, animals, plants, and not just humans. Additionally, his great teachings of spiritual science to Arjuna not only helped Pandavas to win the battle of the Mahabharata, but also laid the foundation of our Indian culture & heritage.
Enriched with the ancient, divine leela’s of the lord, these teachings have solution to all our problems, and have been deciphered very well in Shrimad Bhagwat Geeta. The people enlightened with wise words felt blessed to be a part of this blissful event.
