God is considered as infinitely powerful and exceedingly glorious might, but is there any force which overpowers the God himself? Yes, it is the robust force of supreme and everlasting God’s name. To reinforce this often ignored notion, DJJS with the kind grace of His Holiness Ashutosh Maharaj Ji organized an elegant and thought-provoking Shrimad Bhagwat Katha at Etawah, U.P. from June 10, 2019 to June 16, 2019. Sadhvi Padmahasta Bharti Ji, orator of the event, unequivocally narrated the heavenly sermons of Lord Krishna through the interplay of a series of harmonious soul gratifying bhajans which left the audience spellbound, creating an environment of bliss and divinity.
Devotees have time and again, given many names to the God based on his qualities and attributes like Bansi Bajaiya, Govardhan Dhari, Gopal, Makhan Chor, etc. God has graced this Earth several times and manifested himself in a human garb, and every time his disciplines have given him different new names. However all these names are worthless for genuine spiritual seekers as even a thief commits a thievery while hymning the name of the God.
Why it has never occurred to us that even after repeatedly chanting His name, He never revealed Himself in front of us in His divine form. Why Shri Krishan immediately provided protection and shelter to Draupadi when she is being humiliated by the Kauravas? It happened as she called Him through His authentic name. It is only through this inner name that human can connect with the Lord. This name is unspoken, timeless and is beyond the letters that we know. Shri Krishna had once told Arjun that this holy name can neither be chanted or written nor it can be tied with words, it is latent at its core. So, need is to recognize this name which is all pervasive or omnipresent.
Sadhvi Ji explained that only a perfect master who himself has experienced the glories of the Almighty can bless us with such divine name at the time of initiation and afterwards. Such a Guru alone can bestow us with scientific divine knowledge called Brahm Gyan on to the seeker. Through Brahm Gyan, the Guru opens the third eye, also known as the inner eye, of the seeker. At that very moment of initiation, the Perfect Master who sits in the cosmic seat of eternity restores divine vision to mankind through the finesse of His divine hands. Through regular meditation, it transforms the mind of an individual into a beautiful and healthy entity, the one that is given to positive tendencies. Sadhvi Ji, thus, urged the audience to seek a true Guru and begin their spiritual journey to the ultimate truth.
