“Children are great imitators. So give them something great to imitate.” Undoubtedly, children are what they see, and at Manthan SVK, it is taken the utmost care that the environment is always propitious for each student to learn and study. Keeping this in mind, Manthan-SVK, an initiative of Divya Jyoti Jagrati Santhan to provide holistic education to the underprivileged organized a Teacher’s Workshop on 31st March 2018. The meet was held at New Kitchlu Nagar center of Manthan SVK, Ludhiana, Punjab, where around 35 Teachers participated to discuss various issues related to students and the areas of improvement.
Sadhvi Rajni Bharti Ji, talked about the innovative teaching methodologies, targets while contemplating the issues and problems that teachers faces while teaching. To make the session more interactive and lucid several activities were undertaken to teach them how to overcome challenges and solve problems smartly while teaching and managing their class. Teachers gave their valuable suggestions and ideas to make their teaching style more compatible to student’s understanding with the use of technology and other learning materials for better understanding. These suggestions and ideas were scrutinized and were thought upon.
The workshop helped teachers to unravel difficulties faced by them and achieve an understanding of a clearer objective of what needs to be done in the forthcoming session while infusing an immense amount of zeal and motivation in them.
