The Covid-19 Pandemic has impacted the normal functioning of our lives to a great extent. Educational institutions have been greatly affected, leading to the near-total closures of schools, universities and colleges. Online classrooms have replaced the offline ones. Manthan Sampoorn Vikas Kendra (SVK) centres have also adopted this online medium of education to continue with the classes and have been successfully conducting classes for the students through various tools and presentations. Moreover, time and again, technical grooming workshops have been organised for the teachers and volunteers to update their knowledge about the nuances of the various applications and platforms they use to teach their subjects.
On 24th May 2021, a virtual workshop titled ‘Technical कला - Let’s Learn Together’ was organised for all the teachers and volunteers. The session was presided over by Sadhvi Deepa Bharti Ji, Project Head, Manthan SVK. She explained the importance of learning and upgrading one’s technical skill sets in the contemporary technical era. It would be helpful in becoming efficient and utilizing the platforms such as Google Meet, Google Forms, Canva Design, Google Docs etc. in order to make the online classrooms more interactive.
The session was very informative, and all the participants were greatly benefitted by it.
