All our scriptures proclaim that there is one and only all- inclusive Religion for Human Being and that is direct perception of the divinity within. God of Infinite and Sublime love manifested himself in the form of Lord Krishna to emanate greatest landmark in the history of Religion i.e. the ideals of love for love’s sake, work for work’s sake, duty for duty’s sake which are achievable only with the science of Know Thyself. To bring out the obscure truth behind the divine plays of Lord and unveil deep rooted spiritual secrets behind every act, Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan, under the divine guidance of His Holiness Ashutosh Maharaj Ji (Founder and Head of the Organization), organized an uplifting spiritual Shrimad Bhagwat Katha program at Jammu from 16th to 22nd April 2017.
The Bhagwat Purana is one of the oldest Maha Puranic scripture, which focuses on Bhakti to the Ultimate Supreme Power- the Lord Vishnu. The program commenced with the recitation of Vedic Hymns in Sanskrit by young learned preacher disciples of Shri Maharaj Ji. The devotees enjoyed classical music as music group sang euphonious songs and played musical instruments adeptly.
The spiritual discourser of the day, Sadhvi Vaishnavi Bharti Ji beautifully narrated the symbolic message and learning that we should take from the life of Lord Krishna. The purpose of Lord during his Krishna Avatar was not just limited to divine acts in Vrindavan or Gokul but it was centered on his role in the Mahabharata. During his incarnation, Lord gave us the precious heritage of Bhagawad Gita. Sadhvi Ji explained its importance, significance in today's modern era and how to inculcate it’s learning in our day to day life. Sadhvi Ji further illuminated each phase of Bhagwat purana with both scientific as well as spiritual connections. She profoundly stated the solution of the increasing miseries and chaos in the modern world of materialism by providing an impeccable remedy i.e. Brahm Gyan. She appealed to the gathering to get connected into the roots of divinity in order to fill their life with peace and serenity. This divine peace can be attained by treading on the beatific path of Brahm Gyan graced by the Revered Master Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji.
Large number of devotees poured in from various corners of city, they participated heartily by singing and offering devotional prayers. The program served its purpose of elucidating everyone about the purpose of human life and how Divine Knowledge can awaken mankind, not only towards their own upliftment, but for the betterment of the society and the world at large.
