Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan (DJJS) is a non profit Socio-Spiritual organization and it is working under the divine guidance of Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji (Head & Founder). The main aim of the organization is to usher into a world wherein every individual becomes an embodiment of truth, fraternity, and justice through the eternal science of self-realization – 'Brahm Gyan', uprooting in its wake all social evils and threats.
Republic Day is one of the most important national events for India and its citizens. The 68th Republic Day was celebrated at Divya Dham Ashram of DJJS, New Delhi, to honour & remember the date on which the Indian Constitution was formally adopted and will be continued in the future forever to remember the legal acceptance of the cherished principles enunciated in it. People in thousands gathered for the congregation carrying in their hearts the sense of patriotism and admiration for those who contributed a lot to give us Republic of India. The theme of the program was “SANKALP” which literally means ‘vouch to do something’ or ‘committed to do’. Each nation has a theme; everything else is secondary. India's theme is religion. Social reform and everything else are secondary.
The land of Divya Dham was brimming with divine aura and patriotic feelings. The divine songs and the discourses filled the hearts of masses with spiritual grandeur and patriotism.
The learned preachers rendered masterly narrations that “No nation is perfect, it needs to be made perfect. To build a great future for India, the secret lies in organization, by becoming powerful and with the coordination of wills. One of the marvelous verses of the Rig-Veda Samhita reveals, 'Be thou all of one mind, be thou all of one thought'. Being of one mind is the secret of a great society. That is the secret - accumulation of will-power, co-ordination, bringing them all, as it were, into one focus.
Once more the wheel of progress is on the upward spiral, the divine vibrations have begun to zoom and they will soon envelop the entire cosmos with positivity. We need to get together, provide the strength to the national reconstruction from all ends, and help it reach greatest heights. India will rise, not with the power of the flesh, but with the power of the spirit; not with the flag of destruction, but with the flag of peace love and dynamic construction of the inner world. Arise and awake and see her seated on the eternal throne, rejuvenated, more glorious than she ever was - this Motherland of ours!
It proved to be an enlightening session which filled the souls with boundless energy and created a sense of responsibility towards the nation. The hearts of disciples were spiritually awakened which will surely help them to accelerate the speed on their march on the divine path of Bhakti. Everyone pledged to contribute towards nation’s development and to spread the message of spirituality all over the world to make the dream of “WORLD PEACE” an attainable reality.
