At a wondrous occasion for Manthan – Sampoorna Vikas Kendra, an initiative of Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan, working to provide holistic education to the underprivileged children across India, we saw the distribution of uniforms, books and stationery among Manthanites at the Gopal Nagar, Ludhiana, Punjab Centre on 22 May 2017. This huge help and effort offered by our generous sponsor Mr. Harsh Chetli is immensely appreciated by the Program. With the divine vision and grace of his holiness Shri Ashutosh Maharajji, this initiative has, since 2008, reached thousands of children and is giving wings to many more.
“These children were unaware of their potentials and talents and the fact that Manthan is helping these diamonds come out of the rough, through His Holiness’ vision and guidance, ensures a brighter future for these tots.” Mr. Tarsem shared.
Mr. Harsh Chetli too shared his views on this initiative and said, “I have done much charity work earlier, but meeting Manthanites was a completely different and fulfilling experience. I am always prepared to support Manthan in any way I can.”
Meanwhile, our young scholars enticed the visitors with their fluency and hold over Sanskrit through chanting of Ved Mantras and sharing knowledgeable facts. Marking the end of the event Sadhvi Rajani Bharti ji distributed fruits among the children.
The event was also graced by Mr. Mandeep Sahota, Ms. Kuldeep Kaur Sahota, Ms. Meenu Rani and Ms. Chanchal Goel.
