The Phase 1 of Village Improvement Project has been successfully conducted at villages Lokahi and Parsauni in Bihar. Now this phase continued with two more villages, Dhanouja and Sukhasan in the state, with the distribution of Mango saplings to women beneficiaries.
In the first phase of this project, 300 Mango saplings were distributed among 102 women beneficiaries of the Dhanouja and Sukhasan villages to create long term sustainability for them. This completes the first phase of Village Improvement Project with long term fruit yielding plant distribution in four villages of Bihar, thereby generating alertness among its people, making them aware about environment, and fostering sustainable development.
